SIN 595 1 Provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigative services to the General Services Administration (GSA) and all government and domestic services for complaints of discrimination filed accordance with the following Statement of Work. The Contractor shall commit to investigate Title VII Complaints of Discrimination (i.e., complaints on race, sex, color, national origin, religion, age, handicap, and reprisal) for the General Service Administration (GSA) and prepare case summaries and assemble Reports of Investigation (ROI) within the time frames established by Title VII. The Contractor shall 1) be responsible for the overall management, planning, coordination and conduct of the investigation; 2) use the services of a court reporter provided by the agency during the conduct of an on-site investigation to obtain verbatim sworn testimony; 3) write,edit,type, copy, assemble,paginate, and deliver the completed Report of Investigation and the Summary in accordance with GSA established guidelines; 4) prepare case summaries based on verbatim sworn testimony taken and documentation gathered during the investigation; and 5) ensure that all of the services are completed in accordance with the established time frames. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all investigators used are trained, qualified and experienced in investigating federal and domestic sector Complaints of Discrimination.
